Moral/Ethical

The Moral/Ethical channel develops a person’s value systems which establishes a hierarchy of importance for one’s attributes

The Moral/Ethical channel develops a person’s value systems which establishes a hierarchy of importance for one’s attributes. The value of these attributes we feel deeply and emotionally connected to. Their importance influences the attributes we select on all other channels.  Value systems do not exist in isolation rather they evolve from the multiple experiences individuals have along each of the Developmental Channels.  Value systems involve making distinctions between right and wrong; good or bad and often this distinction emerges from our emotional channel. Therefore, the emotional and ethical channels profoundly influence each other. Ethical development is an on-going internal dialog that is continuously revisited, questioned, clarified and observed in our conduct.
