I was first introduced to the Spectrum through my under-graduate studies. I revisited it when I began a PhD to allow me to record teaching styles used for my research. The Spectrum was the perfect 'lenses' through which I could confidently say what teaching styles were being used because it defined each style with surgical like precision. Sara Ashworth became my honorary supervisor and answered my questions and queries with such patience, kindness and thoroughness.
I continue to use the Spectrum today teaching under-graduate students and sharing it with teachers.
