Hüseyin Coşkun, PhD

I was first introduced to the Spectrum of Teaching Styles via Teaching Methods class when I was a student at the Becolar Science Education (1986) at Middle East Technical University. Since then I used it as a swimming coach, as a PE teacher in Primary school, and throughout my academic career, at university where I am working now. With my dissertation on "Effect of Using Visual Information in Self-Check Style on Grab Start Skill Retention, Knowledge, and Anxiety Level", I have started a new life in Spectrum as a researcher. I am still using it for teaching and want to concentrate on research with the spectrum of teaching styles.

About Hüseyin Coskun: Hüseyin received his PhD in Sport Pedagogy (2008) at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Sport Sciences in Ankara Turkey; his M. Sc. in Sport Psychology (1997) at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Ankara Turkey; and his B.Sc. in Physical Education and Sport (1989) at Middle East Technical University (METU), Faculty of Education, Department of Physical Education and Sports, Ankara Turkey
