I was introduced to the Spectrum in an attempt to improve my teaching skills as a secondary PE teacher. The Spectrum fit into my personal theory of teaching PE and I found it extremely useful in practice. The Spectrum Symposium in Halkidiki further increased my interest in the Spectrum and I decided to learn more about the psychological responses evoked by its application. At the moment, as a lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki I am teaching the Spectrum to my graduate students and supervise projects investigating its impact on high school students’ responses.
