From an early age, I liked doing sports and all kinds of physical activity. My dream was to make a difference as a PE teacher. As a Professor of Pedagogy at Lusófona University and in close collaboration with Professor Francisco Carreiro da Costa, who introduced me to the Spectrum, I began teaching future physical education teachers, coaches, and fitness instructors the use and importance of the Spectrum of Teaching Styles. The Spectrum of Teaching Styles allows each teacher to make a difference with his/her students.
